Refund Policy

Obsidian Digital refund policy — 24-hour window, no refund after download.

1. Overview

At Obsidian Digital, we are committed to delivering premium digital products. Because our products are digital in nature (e-books, PDFs, EPUB, and MOBI files), we have a strict but fair refund policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • You have NOT downloaded the e-book from your library
  • Your refund request is submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase
  • You provide your order number and registered email address

3. No Refund After Download

Once you download an e-book, no refund can be issued under any circumstances. Digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. By completing your purchase and downloading the file, you acknowledge and agree that the product has been fully delivered.

4. 24-Hour Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of your purchase timestamp. Requests made after this window will not be accepted, regardless of whether the product has been downloaded.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible window:

  1. Email us at support@obsidiandigital.in
  2. Subject line: "Refund Request — Order #[YOUR ORDER NUMBER]"
  3. Include: your full name, registered email, order number, and reason for request

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • E-book has been downloaded
  • Request submitted after 24 hours of purchase
  • Account is found to be engaged in fraudulent activity
  • Product was purchased using a coupon/discount code (unless there is a technical failure)

7. Technical Issues

If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us immediately. Technical issues are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not subject to the standard 24-hour window.

8. Chargebacks

Filing a fraudulent chargeback for a product that has been successfully delivered will result in permanent account suspension and may be reported to the payment processor.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
